Aver si alguno me puede decir donde mirar los derechos de los detenidos en ingles, o ponerlos aki, gracias.

RE:Derecho del detenido en ingles.
Acording to Article 520 of the Spanish Criminal procedure Law, I procede to notifiy you that your are under arrest for the alleged offence of ROBBERY (aqui iría el delito correspondiente)
- I procede to notify you of your statutary rights which are the following:
- Not to make any statement if you don´t want.
- Not to make any statement against your self.
- Not to plead guilty.
- Not to answer any question asked.
- To declare that you will only testify before a judge.
- To nominate a lawyer and request his attendance during your identity check. Otherwise, a lawyer at the State´s expenses, will be nominate o asist your person.
- To provide the name of the person to whom you wish to inform about your arrest and the place where you are under custody.
-As a foreigner you have right to have your Embassy or Consulate inform about this facks and to be assisted by and interpreter without charge.
- To be examined by a doctor
